Handlobank was a new bank in Poland. It didn't sell products, but just dealt in cash transactions.

A big gap in an emerging market.
After the fall of Communism a demand emerged for access to simple banking services. New technology allowed us to create a dynamic new type of bank. It launched with great success, and grew rapidly.
Citibank bought it after 2 years of trading.
